Worldwide, women and girls spend an estimated 200 million hours — daily — collecting water.

In honor of these women and girls, for the 50 days leading up to my 50th Birthday [October 7th - November 25th], I will be walking every morning to collect the water I will drink each day from a small pond about a mile roundtrip from my house. This walk will happen every morning, rain or shine, before I can start my normal morning routine.

20 Liters is hooking me up with a SAM3 Household Filter, so at least my water will be clean. Most families around the world drink their water, straight from the source, and just have to deal with the consequences of drinking dirty water.

Support my efforts, by making a gift to help get more household filters to families who need them. $100 can provide a SAM3 Household Filter [that lasts at least a decade] to a family to be sure that even if they have to walk for their water, that water will be clean.

With Thanks,

Ed Z

P.S. If $100 seems steep, think about trying to save $2 for 50 days... which is less than the cost of a daily cup of coffee.

If you prefer to give by check, make it payable to "20 Liters" with 50 for 50 in the memo line. Send it to:
